Information we handle

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information through Clerk, including your name, email address, profile image, and a sign-in identifier. We use it to create your account and keep your workspace private. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google content.

You may add project names, descriptions, resource login emails or handles, admin URLs, manual financial entries, and integration credentials. Connected providers can supply transaction, subscription, account, and resource data. We store the information needed to show your workspace and avoid duplicate imports. Integration credentials are encrypted before storage and are not shown again after connection.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, display your projects and financial reports, synchronize connected resources, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. Google sign-in information is used for authentication and account identification, not advertising.

Service providers

Clerk handles authentication, Vercel hosts the application, and Supabase hosts the PostgreSQL database. When you connect an integration, Unisonia communicates with that provider to retrieve the data you requested. These services process the information needed to provide their respective functions.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and workspace data while it is needed to provide Unisonia. You can revoke Google sign-in access from your Google Account.
